Affiliate Terms and Conditions
To ensure fairness and maintain quality, all affiliates joining the Uvocorp Direct Clients program must agree to the following terms.
- Anyone is welcome to apply to become an affiliate. All applications are reviewed manually and approvals may take up to 48 hours.
- For each successful sale referred, affiliates earn a commission of 20% for the Starter Plan (KES 2,500) and 25% for the Pro Plan (KES 5,000). This translates to KES 500 and KES 1,250 per sale, respectively. Please note that commissions are not awarded for refunded or fraudulent transactions.
- Affiliate payouts are processed seven days after a sale is confirmed. The minimum payout threshold is KES 1,000, and we currently support withdrawals via PayPal and M-Pesa.
- We do not allow spam, fake testimonials, or misleading claims in your promotional efforts. Affiliates must not impersonate the official Uvocorp brand, distort the nature of the course, or run paid ads targeting our brand name. You are free to use content from our official marketing materials, but you must not alter the messaging without written approval.
- We reserve the right to terminate any affiliate account that violates these terms, engages in unethical marketing tactics, or causes harm to our brand or community.
- These terms may be updated occasionally. By remaining in the program, you agree to any future revisions of the terms.
